Clan War [AS] vs. [QR]

Hey guys, some of you may remember me from QoB. We're now known as Queens Regnant [QR]. Moon and I are the new leaders of the QoB section, and we're ready to have our clan war! If you guys are ready, just post something with your preferences here and I'll get back to you with the roster within a week.

Also, sorry about posting here, but Charlie didn't tell me where the brawl clan wars were supposed to go. Move it where you want, but just make sure I can see it! Thank you!

We're Doing a Point system so you must face each person on the opposing team.
For each game you win is a Point added to our score and for the amount of stocks you took will also be added, so even if you didn't win points will still be added if you managed to kill your opponent a few times.You will only fight one match agains each opposing contestant.

3 stock.
8 minutes.
Items are turned to off and none.
One match per Opponent.
If time runs out, the winner is determined by stock, and then by percent.
Any action that prevents the game from continuing results in a forfeiture of the match for the offender.

Gameplay Rules
Meta Knight's Infinite Dimensional Cape Glitch is banned.
If a game ends with Ganondorf/Bowser using Ganoncide/Bowsercide and it ends in sudden death or a lose for Ganondorf/Bowser, the sudden death or lose game will be ignored and that game will count as a win for Ganondorf/Bowser.
Stalling is banned.
Stalling is defined as any action that deliberately avoids all conflict as to make the game unplayable. Running from an opponent to get to a better position is not considered stalling, but using chain grabs infinitely against a wall (excessively beyond around 300%) or using Sonic's Neutral B repeatedly underneath the stage is.

*These are Rules in COmpetitive play that would be in effect but are null and void due to having only one match per set.
Set Format
Both players may choose one counter-pick stage to be banned for the match.
The loser of the first game announces the stage that s/he will counter-pick.
Dave's Stupid Rule is in effect.*

Stages
Stages are divided up into neutral, counter-pick, and banned. Neutral stages are the only stages that are used in the first game of a match. After that, the loser may pick any stage, neutral or counter-pick, that is not banned. Additionally, each player may announce a single stage each match that s/he wants banned from the counter-pick list.

There will be two rounds of Point Grabbing.The first is for the score.The second is optional if the losing clans decides or if the score is tied. After all matches have been played the Clan with the most points wins.

Hey guys, I have the roster and match orders. Wyvern, now that we're only doing one match instead of best two/three, do you want to do just neutrals or any CP stage? I don't know if he told you guys, but we're not doing best two/three, and no second round. That would be like twenty matches per person, and that's insane. Five matches per person it plenty.
