Charater Tips

This is a thread fr techniques that aren't specific like combos are, just things yo pay attention to.
Link/Toon Link. You can use projectile while holding a bomb, so fire stuff and just throw the bomb out in a surprise. You can also air dodge then do the grab air technique to do a tether or attack in the air while holding a bomb.

Everyone probably knows this, but characters holding items (like Link with a bomb or Diddy with a banana) can do a side smash while holding the item.
When you press A to pick up the item, hold A down instead. Then just press C-stick side to do a smash, and let go of A to stop charging it. If you forgot to hold A when you pick up the item, you can always just roll or sidestep, and then hold A.

here is a sonic tip if someone is hanging on a ledge use his special he will hit the opponent and he wont fall this is very useful in sudden death
